ACE was requiring quota entry summaries to be certified for cargo release. This requirement was inadvertently preventing filers from replacing some entry summaries that had been previously accepted.
CBP has temporarily relaxed the validation requiring quota entries to be certified from summary. Filers will continue to see the informational message “CARGO RLSE CERT REQUIRED FOR ENTRY TYP” but filers should now be able to have their quota entry summaries accepted.
If you continue to encounter issues, please contact your assigned Client Representative with examples of the rejection.
