CBP Technical staff has RESOLVED the processing delays with the ACE system, e.g. AES Direct, ACE Cargo Release, ACE Entry Summary, ACE Queries, eBonds, and DIS.
Backlogged trade messages, responses, and notifications are currently being processed, with an estimated remaining processing time of another hour (until 17:20 ET).
