On July 16, 2016, the following functionality will be deployed to ACE Production that CBP wants to specifically highlight:
1. FTZ entries (type 06) that include AD/CVD may now be filed in ACE. The fix properly writes the AD/CVD data to ACS for payment and AD/CVD processing.
2. Entry summaries filed for expedited release shipments will begin enforcing the requirements to submit FDA and/or NHTSA data on the entry summary. Entry Summaries not properly supplying this PGA data will now reject.
Note: Entry summaries filed for expedited release shipments are identified by the expedited release indicator. No other entry summaries will be affected by this change.
