In preparation for the June 15th transition for ACE filing of certain electronic entry and entry summary transactions accompanied by FDA data, the FDA is implementing a 24/7 ACE Support Center on June 14, 2016. Trade users may contact the FDA ACE Support Center at ACE_Support@fda.hhs.gov or 877-345-1101 (domestic toll-free) or 571-620-7320 (local or international) for questions on the following types of issues:

Commodities

FDA data requirements

FDA Supplemental Guide

Filing Prior Notice (PN)/Bioterrorism Act (BTA) transactions

Issues receiving the FDA May Proceed status

Trade filers may contact their assigned CBP Client Representative during business hours with questions such as Automated Broker Interface (ABI) system processing issues (e.g., shipments erroneously flagged for FDA), and difficulty in receiving and/or understanding cargo release status and error messages. Client Representatives and CBP Ports of entry will have direct access to the CBP War Room should any issue need to be escalated to the ACE Business Office.

After regular business hours, trade filers may contact the CBP Technology Service Desk by email at ACE_Support@cbp.dhs.gov or toll-free at 866-530-4172 to report ACE ABI system processing issues.
