The ACE PGA technical team is investigating an issue where the FDA data submitted on ACE entries today isn't getting sent to FDA today, May 25, 2016.
Do not resubmit entry data that has already been submitted and received an accepted ACE Cargo release response (SX). Report any outstanding entries to your client rep who will forward to the ACE PGA technical team and request a work ticket.
If you choose to file in ACS, be sure to use a new entry number. Do not use the same entry number used in an ACS FDA entry as was sent on an ACE FDA entry.
