CBP is aware of instances where an entry summary is successfully filed in ACE but does not write over to ACS quickly enough for other independent transactions to process. The most common scenario is that a Statement Date Update is rejected by ACS for the entry summary not being on file after the ACE entry summary was successfully accepted.
CBP is aware of this issue and is looking to improve the internal processing speed to reduce the frequency of this error until all processing is transitioned to ACE. If a rejection is encountered, please attempt to resubmit the Statement Date Update (or other subsequent transaction) again a few minutes later.
