On October 20, 2015, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published two new Federal Register Notices (FRN) announcing the modification of the National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) Test concerning the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE. The FRNs include:
• 80 FR 63575, which announced a correction to a previously issued FRN concerning the Export Manifest Test for Vessel Cargo - http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2015-10-20/pdf/2015-26538.pdf
• 80 FR 63576, which announced the deployment of entry type 52 and certain modes of transportation to the ACE Cargo Release test –
