FDA has increased the size limit of files which may be uploaded via the Import Trade Auxiliary Communication System (ITACS) from 20 MB per file to 50 MB per file. Please keep in mind that files larger than 20 MB will take longer to attach and upload than what users previously experienced using ITACS. Should any problems with uploading documents be encountered, please contact FDA at itacssupport@fda.hhs.gov .
