Post Summary Correction (PSC) filings are currently having processing issues TODAY 8/11/2015. CBP is advising the trade NOT to use PSC until CBP has resolved this issue. CBP is investigating the issue and will advise when a resolution is implemented.
When the issue is resolved a follow up CSMS message will be issued to indicate PSC filing can resume
