Some ACE users who access the system via Virtual Private Network (VPN)are experiencing issues when attempting to connect to ACE.
CBP is aware of the issue and is working with the DHS OneNet group to resolve the issue.
A follow-up CSMS will be distributed once the issue has been resolved.
