USDA Servicing Office Single-Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program Paper Check Elimination

The Servicing Office SFH Guaranteed Loan Program (SFHGLP) is pleased to announce in accordance with Executive Order 14247, Modernizing Payments To and From America's Bank Account, signed on March 25, 2025; USDA-RD is advancing the transition to fully electronic federal payments.

All paper checks to and from USDA will be phased out/eliminated by the end of Fiscal Year 2026 (September 2026). Please contact Lender Reporting (RD.SO.HSB@usda.gov) for more information or to enroll your organization into EFT/ACH.
