USDA Servicing Office Single-Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program Lender Default Servicing Training
The Servicing Office SFH Guaranteed Loan Program (SFHGLP) is pleased to announce we are offering free in-person training to our lending partners and loan servicers. The training will be held May 4-8, 2026, at the Charles F. Prevedel Federal Building, 9700 Page Ave, St. Louis MO 63132. The training will offer multiple sessions to provide technical training on Lender Reporting, Loss Mitigation and Loss Claims.
This is an in-person event only and will not be streamed live. Limited space is available, so registration will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis.

SESSION 1: Lender Reporting
May 4, 2026, 9:00am to 4:00pm (CST)
The Lender Reporting session will focus on fundamentals of Electronic Status Reporting (ESR); Guarantee Annual Fees & loan servicing, Pre-authorized Debit (PAD) registration, Application Authorization System Management (AASM) registration & maintenance, Agreements-GAF-GUS-Loan Closing, and the Lender Record Change form for substitutions/transfers.
SESSION 2: Loss Mitigation
May 5-6, 2026, 8:00am to 4:00pm (CST)
The Loss Mitigation session will focus on the application of SFHGLP policy, the Loss Mitigation waterfall, and navigating through multiple Servicing Plans in USDA Lender Interactive Network Connection (LINC).
SESSION 3: Loss Claims
May 7-8, 2026, 8:00am to 4:00pm (CST)
The Loss Claim training session will focus on the application of SFHGLP policy, Appraisal requirements, document requirements, navigating through Loss Claim input in USDA LINC and an overview of the Post Quality Review process.
Additional Details
- USDA will not charge a registration fee.
- Attendees are responsible for all travel costs.
- USDA will not be blocking hotel rooms. Attendees may search for hotel accommodations near the training facility located at 9700 Page Ave, St. Louis MO 63132.
