WASHINGTON, D.C., February 20, 2026 – Rural Business Cooperative Service Administrator J.R. Claeys is sharing an open Letter to Lenders participating in the RBCS OneRD Guaranteed Lending programs. This letter highlights the importance of program integrity and prudent stewardship in underwriting and servicing loans.
