STAKEHOLDER ANNOUNCEMENT

USDA Recognizes Top National Lending Partners for their Support of Homeowners in Rural America

WASHINGTON, June 13, 2024 – Today, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) hosted the 2024 National Lender of the Year Awards Ceremony to recognize the work of its top national lending partners supporting rural homeownership. These lenders helped rural families and individuals buy homes across the nation last year through USDA Rural Development’s Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program.

The agency presented awards to the following lenders:

USDA 2024 Top State Lender Champion Award
- 1st - HR Mortgage Corp, based in Puerto Rico
- 2nd - Gum Tree Mortgage, based in Mississippi
- 3rd - Jersey Shore State Bank, based in Pennsylvania
