FY 2024 Area Loan Limits

Effective today, the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 area loan limits (based on the guidance in Handbook-1-3550, Chapter 5, Paragraph 5.6 A) are available at https://www.rd.usda.gov/files/RD-SFHAreaLoanLimitMap.pdf. The FY 2024 area loan limits are reflected in the following resources:
