Access both applications on the IAS Website left “Access IAS Components” panel.
You asked, we answered! The new Contract File Upload Utility spawned from an idea submitted via the “RPA Bot Idea Submission Form” accessible from the IAS Website. Continue submitting your ideas here!
Background: The USDA Contracting Desk Book Part 404.805, requires Contracting Officers “… to use IAS to store the complete award/contract file…” as the system of record. To do this, users upload contract files to the Supporting Documents sub-tab of the e-document tab. While IAS/PRISM supports multiple file upload, PRISM will not allow users to upload a complete folder structure with files from a directory such as OneDrive or SharePoint.
New Enhancement: The Contract File Upload Utility allows users with full access to an award to upload and/or drag and drop folders with all file contents from a directory structure and create/display the given folder hierarchy on the award in IAS Contracting.
The Contract File Upload Utility can be accessed using the link under the Access IAS Components section of the IAS Homepage.

Details and Benefits: The CPARS Dashboard enhances the ability to monitor and better identify CPARS compliance metrics and applicable points of contact. The CPARS Dashboard application systematically retrieves data from CPARS and links it to existing IAS/FMMI/FPDS data.
Any user can access the application to interactively search and export compliance data by selected criteria.
