IPP Account Deprovisioning
Summary of Issue: Numerous Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) users had their accounts deprovisioned last night. When attempting to log into IPP, these users receive an error message of “You are not authorized to view this page”
Affected Users: IPP users that received an email from the Bureau of The Fiscal Service-ISIM with a subject of “Your account has been removed by IBM Security Identity Manager”.
Status of Issue: The USDA IPP Help Desk is working with the Department of Treasury to determine why these accounts were deprovisioned and how to correct this issue.
