Happy first week of fall and new fiscal year! The beginning of the fiscal year is a great time to make sure your documents are up to date for the new year. This month’s webinar will review common eligibility forms and documentation. Whether you are applying for drought relief with the Farm Service Agency (FSA) or a high tunnel with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), these forms apply to you.
These four common forms are necessary for all FSA and NRCS programs. Eligibility forms can be an annual source of frustration for those who are not familiar with them. Improve your application experience by learning about these forms by joining the webinar on Oct. 1st.
Date: Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Platform: Microsoft Teams. Registration is not required. To access the event, follow the workshop link below.
Workshop Link: Click here to attend.
The forms being covered include:
-
AD-2047: Customer Data Worksheet
-
CCC-902 & 901: Farm Operating Plan & Member’s Information for Entities
-
AD-1026: Highly Erodible Land/Wetland Conservation Compliance Certification
-

- And others as time allows.
To learn more, visit the Payment Eligibility webpage for more information on the forms and eligibility requirements or contact the local USDA Service Center.
If you have suggestions for future webinar topics, please submit them here. We are always looking to improve and expand the information available to producers about FSA services.
