Partnerships for Climate-Smart Commodities Helps Partners Expand Reach, Make Lasting Impact on America’s Farmland
Through the Midwest Climate-Smart Commodity Program, a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Partnerships for Climate-Smart Commodities project, the Iowa Soybean Association is working with public and private partners to help farmers implant climate-smart agricultural practices. Farmers across 12 midwestern states, including Iowa and Minnesota, have received assistance to implement practices including reduced tillage, cover crops and crop rotations.
