Volunteers Needed for the 2023 National Cooperative Soil Survey Committees

Correction: The bulletin published on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, incorrectly listed Lenore Vasilas as the committee chair for the Subaqueous Committee. Greg Taylor is the chair of the Subaqueous Committee.

The National Cooperative Soil Survey (NCSS) is recruiting interested parties for committee membership. NCSS committees work ahead of the 2023 NCSS conference to discuss actions from prior conference recommendations, collect new recommendations, and prepare a final report to present at the conference, July 9–13, in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Following is the schedule for the first round of committee meetings, which are open to all interested in being committee members, participating in committee meetings, and voting on current recommendations. To attend committee meetings, please email the appropriate committee chair below to receive a link to the Microsoft Teams meeting.
