The storm cycle responsible for dumping mountain snow throughout the western U.S. last weekend has continued to bring bouts of severe weather as it moves to the east. Impacts from the storm system to date include blizzards and heavy snow in the Plains and Midwest, and tornadoes in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.  Open report>>
