The North Dakota USDA Farm Service Agency is hiring 2 County Operations Trainee (COT) positions. COT Trainees will become County Executive Directors (CED) after successfully completing a twelve-month training program. Each ND FSA County Office is managed by a CED to oversee USDA-FSA farm programs and administrative operations.
