Discover the Latest Salmonella Research on FSRIO’s Research Projects Database
Salmonella is the 2nd leading cause of foodborne illness in the United States and a high priority research area for the USDA Agricultural Research Service. Despite advances in Salmonella research in meat and poultry products, the incidence of Salmonellosis has remained the same for the past 20 years. The USDA National Agricultural Library provides information on Salmonella research projects funded by domestic and international funders. Its goal is to support researchers with assessing the research needs and priorities of food scientists and minimize duplicative efforts. Discover more than 1500 research projects on Salmonella through the Food Safety Research Information Office (FSRIO), Research Projects Database Application.
