Scientific Discoveries: AI is Catching on in Aquaculture

ARS-funded scientists in West Virginia developed an artificial intelligence (AI)-aided computer vision system for real-time monitoring of fish in recirculating aquaculture systems. The AI system, called MortCam, can more precisely monitor fish health, size, and number while also reducing mortality events and improving fish production. Watch the video to learn more.
