Salmonella is the 2nd leading cause of foodborne illness in the United States and a high priority research area for the USDA Agricultural Research Service. Despite advances in Salmonella research in meat and poultry products, the incidence of Salmonellosis has remained the same for the past 20 years. The National Agricultural Library provides information on Salmonella research developments through the Food Safety Research Information Office (FSRIO) Food Safety Research publications application. You will find literature published in national and international peer-reviewed journals and often times, ahead of print! Explore more than 200 journals and search by journal title and/or subject to find more specific research.
