World Food Safety Day

The USDA Economic Research Service estimated the total cost of the leading U.S. foodborne illnesses at $17.6 billion. Use these food safety resources for handling, preparing, and storing healthy foods to protect yourself, your loved ones and your wallet from food poisoning.
