IMMEDIATE UPDATE: Phytophthora ramorum Domestic Regulatory Program Manual 8-30-2022--5

This notice is to alert you to changes in the Phytophthora ramorum Domestic Regulatory Program Manual.

The following changes have been made to reflect up-to-date information and corrections. The specific changes are listed below.

Chapter 10-1 Water Sampling and Processing Protocol

• Page 10-1-1 under Contents heading changes new content has been added
• Page 10-1-12 numbered list changes revisions have been made in numbers 9 through 12
• Page 10-1-13 numbered list at top of page changes revisions have been made in numbers 14 through 16; under Additional Guidance on Culture and Identification section changes content has been revised
• Page 10-1-14 at top of page change NEW NOTICE box has been added; under Disposing of Cultures After Diagnosis section changes revisions have been made in numbers 1 through 3

Chapter 11-1 Soil and Container Mix Sampling and Processing Protocol

• Page 11-1-1 under Contents heading changes new content has been added
• Page 11-1-4 in #4 of numbered list changes contact has been updated
• Page 11-1-7 at top of page change NEW NOTICE box has been added
• Page 11-1-8 changes content on the entire page has been revised
• Page 11-1-4 at top of page changes revisions have been made in numbers 1 through 3

Appendix A Resources

• Page A-1-1 under Contact Information for the Phytophthora ramorum Program heading changes contact information has been updated
• Page A-1-2 top of page changes contact information has been updated
