We are pleased to report that the Metastorm system in use for the PPQ Farm Bill Suggestion Process is now fully functional. Our team has verified that the system is operational and accessible and granting appropriate access to submitters and reviewers. The issues have been resolved and we appreciate the feedback that allowed us to identify, make, and test the necessary changes. We apologize to anyone who continued to experience technical difficulties.

 

We have learned there are still issues, external to the system that may still cause difficulties accessing the system. We offer the following tips for your reference.

 

             Tips

 

If you are having trouble with the system, please confirm the following:

  • You have received your User ID, Password and Assigned Access to the Farm Bill Suggestion System
  • You are attempting to log in to the System using this link https://publicbpm.aphis.usda.gov/MetaStorm
  • Your browser is a recent version of Internet Explorer (preferably version 8 or 9)
  • Your computer does not have any pop-up blockers installed or configured that might block access to the site
  • You logged out properly from a previous session in the System by clicking the Log out button in the upper left corner of the Metastorm landing page before trying to access the Log in window again
  • To Reset a Lost or Forgotten User Name or Password, please contact the APHIS Technical Assistance Center by sending an email to aphisremedy@aphis.usda.gov or by calling 877-944-8457 and selecting Option 1 6:30am – 8pm ET Mon – Fri
  • Check the PPQ Farm Bill Section 10201 Online Submission Process (Metastorm) FAQs document that will soon be posted in the “Related Topics” box of the Farm Bill Web site.
