Washington, D.C., September 14, 2019 – The United States Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is advising the public that the record of decision for the environmental impact statement associated with the final rule that updated APHIS’ regulations for the importation, interstate movement, and intrastate movement of plant pests is now available online.
