The Seeds Not for Planting Manual has been updated, 12/2017-99.

Revisions, indicated by a black change bar in the left margin of each revised page, as are follows:

Page 3-8, Chickpeas (Cicer spp.): Changed the authority to 7 CFR 319.75-2 and added a link to the list of countries infested with khapra beetle and designated by USDA as having endemic khapra beetle
Page 3-21, Table 3-14: Added conditions for when shipment lacks an import permit and PPQ Form 203 or lacks an import permit
