Instructions for Sending AQI User Fee Payments via Mail or Express Courier

Businesses remitting AQI user fees by check or money order should make them payable to USDA APHIS. Checks drawn from a foreign bank must say “Payable in US Dollars.” 

Sending Payments by Mail

To remit payment via the U.S. Postal Service or international mail, send your check or money order to:

Sending Payments by Express Courier

To remit payment by express courier (i.e., Fedex or UPS), send your check or money order to:
