BRS will outline the proposed rule, highlighting how it is different from the current rule, and answer clarifying questions. This is not a meeting to receive public comments, but rather an information session to help likely commenters understand the proposed rule as they begin to think about what their comments will be. To participate in this call, stakeholders should register at https://www.regonline.com/340infosession.
BRS will also hold three public comment meetings to receive comments on the proposed rule, with dates and locations to be announced soon.
