Washington, D.C., March 10, 2026 – The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) today announced it has awarded over $26.8 million to grant projects through the Local Agriculture Market Program (LAMP). The program helps local and regional food entities develop, coordinate, and expand producer-to-consumer marketing, local and regional food markets, and local food enterprises.

WASHINGTON, Feb. 24, 2026 - The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) today announced a payment rate increase for the Economic Adjustment Assistance for Textile Mills (EAATM) Program to five cents per pound, as mandated by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.

(Washington, D.C., February 19, 2026) – U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke L. Rollins today announced the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) intent to purchase up to $263 million in dairy and agricultural products from American farmers and producers to distribute to food banks and nutrition assistance programs across the country. These purchases are being made through USDA’s authority under Section 32 of the Agriculture Act of 1935 and will assist producers and communities in need.
