Fall 2025 Meeting and Comment Period

The National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) generally meets twice a year in a public forum to discuss and vote on recommendations to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). These recommendations help USDA meet the needs of the organic industry.

Online Comment Webinars: Oct. 28 & 30, 2025, 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. EST
Public Meeting: Nov. 4 - 6, 2025, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST
Location: Omaha, Neb.

More information is on the NOSB Fall 2025 Meeting webpage. Meeting materials, including the agenda, documents for public inspection, and public comment instructions will be posted closer to the event. The written comment period and oral comment sign-up period will close Oct. 8, 2025.
