NOP GLOBAL INTEGRITY Issues Resolved
Users have been reporting several issues with NOP’s GLOBAL INTEGRITY database after planned system maintenance on May 13, 2025. These include:
- NOP Import Certificates and operation certificates showing a “Not for Official Use”
watermark
- Failures when generating/downloading PDFs
- Issues uploading data
- Login issues
The issues have now been resolved, and GLOBAL INTEGRITY is fully operational.
NOP Import Certificates and organic operation certificates showing “Not for Official Use” can be reprinted to remove the watermark. If NOP Import Certificates issued since May 14 contain the “Not for Official Use” watermark and have already been sent to operators for use, they will be accepted provided that they were issued timely in the system.
To remove the “Not for Official Use” watermark on an existing Operation Certificate, make a small change (e.g. add a space) and republish the certificate.
