Announces New 2025-2026 Rates

USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) Cotton & Tobacco Program (C&T) is announcing the 2025-2026 rates it will charge for its cotton user-fee services. See the charts below with specific details and effective dates for all cotton services:

The notice for the new user fees was published in the Federal Register on April 29, 2025. To view current AMS user fees, visit https://www.ams.usda.gov/services/grading/fees.

NOTE: C&T’s Tobacco Inspection Fees will remain in effect for the 2025-2026 year (unchanged), and are also viewable at the notice and link above for your reference.
