WBSCM Trainings for Current Domestic and International Vendors

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is providing current Domestic and International Commodity Vendors in the Web Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) System online training. Sessions will cover “How to Submit a Bid (Domestic),” “How to Submit an ASN (Domestic),” “How to Submit an eInvoice (Domestic),” and “Creating Reports (Domestic & International).” These training sessions will be instructor led and conducted live via Zoom. Please register at the link provided for each training:

January 30, 2024, 1:00PM – 3:00PM ET – How to Submit a Bid ( Domestic).
January 31, 2024, 1:00PM – 3:00PM ET – How to Submit an ASN (Domestic).

February 6, 2024, 1:00PM – 3:00PM ET – How to Submit an eInvoice (Domestic).
February 7, 2024, 1:00PM – 3:00PM ET – Creating Reports (Domestic & International).

After each registration, you will receive an email with the Zoom link to access the training session. Please add each training session to your calendar and set a reminder.
