Thank you to everyone that has participated in this year’s Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS), but we still have a long way to go! Let's continue breaking our participation streak! In 2021, AMS came in at 42% and last year we impressively surpassed that with a cool 55% participation rate. Currently, AMS participation is at 21%, and our goal this year is 60% by June 30, 2023.

A small sample of concepts covered in the survey:

  • Is your work life balance meeting your standards?
  • USDA is hiring/promoting leadership you can trust?
  • Are there are enough opportunities for growth within the agency?
  • And many more! (No more than 15-30 min of your time)

If you haven’t taken the survey and would like to join the other 21%, follow these steps:

Eligible USDA employees should receive a personal invitation from OPM to participate in
this year’s FEVS with the subject of “2023 OPM Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey”
The survey will come from an email address of EVAG@opm.gov and in some cases
the email address may have a number inserted with it (for example EVAG1@opm.gov).

If you are eligible and did not receive the survey, please send an email to
EVAG@opm.gov. Eligible employees are limited to those who onboarded with USDA
as of November 2022 and are not political appointees, contractors, or non-Federal.
