Guidance for Employees Needing Additional Time for Medical Reasons to Receive the COVID-19 Vaccination
AMS employees who have recently contracted and/or are currently recovering from COVID-19, or have a medical condition(s) that requires an extended wait-time prior to receiving the vaccine, will have to request a medical accommodation. This will require medical documentation stating when the employee can receive the vaccine.
The attached packet is provided for these requests. Completed paperwork must be submitted to the MRP RA mailbox at RARequest@usda.gov.
