USDA Releases New Master Solicitation for Commodity Procurement – Domestic Programs (MSCP-D)

Domestic Commodity Vendors be aware that solicitations issued  from August 13th forward will be subject to updated MSCP-D

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Services (AMS) Commodity Procurement Program (CPP) has recently published an updated version of the Master Solicitation for Commodity Procurement – Domestic Programs (MSCP-D). Solicitations issued on or after August 13th should contain the revised version of the MSCP-D. Interested parties are reminded to carefully review all solicitation attachments. A summary of changes can be found on pages 2-3 of the updated document. A link to the full, revised MSCP-D is below:
