USDA Amends Farmers to Families Food Box Program Request For Proposal
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Service amended the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Farmers to Families Food Box Program. The amended documents are available at the link above. RFPs are due by 1 p.m. ET on May 1, 2020.
This amendment is issued to add Louisiana to the solicitation under B) Schedule 3) Delivery c) Place of Performance b. Region Information vi. South West. Additionally the amendment is issued to attach Frequently Asked Questions from the Pre-Proposal Call, dated 4/28/2020 to the solicitation. The attached document is incorporated by reference in the solicitation.
The RFP is also amended to update the applicable portion of 52.212-2 to read as follows:

- Past Performance
- Offeror Capability
When combined, the technical evaluation factors above are significantly more important than price.
