Compliance and Enforcement Update
NOP today released a new Organic Oversight and Enforcement Update. This periodic update summarizes progress on risk-based oversight and enforcement of the National Organic Standards including global organic control systems and the Dairy Compliance Project. As the organic community grows and supply chains become more complex, NOP continues to increase its oversight capacity to meet the evolving needs of the organic community and to protect farmers and consumers.
