CPSC will be hosting an eFiling Voluntary Stage Training Session on Wednesday, September 4th at 2pm ET. This training session is designed for parties interested in eFiling and will cover eFiling basics, certification requirements, roles and responsibilities, and best practices. At the end of the presentation, there will be an opportunity for questions. Please join us by signing up via the “Register” link below.
On another note, the current eFiling Program Specialist, Arthur Laciak, will be leaving CPSC and transferring to U.S. Customs and Border Protection in early September. His colleague, Kat Rickerson, will take over the eFiling Program. Kat has been a Compliance Investigator for CPSC since 2009 and previously worked for CBP and served in the US Army. She brings many years of experience examining cargo at ports, making compliance determinations, helping importers become knowledgeable and compliant with CPSC regulations, and conducting outreach to industry.
