The AmeriCorps family today celebrated 20 years of “getting things done for America.” National service champions, community leaders, and AmeriCorps members past and present gathered together in Washington, D.C., to celebrate the impact of 20 years of service -- and envision 20 more.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in person and online to spark what is sure to be a wonderful 20th anniversary year! We also salute the more than 800,000 AmeriCorps members and alums who continue to get things done in communities across the country every day.
