On September 30, 2026, the state of Ohio submitted a request for a new five-year section 1115 demonstration entitled "Ohio Reentry Services Demonstration". This demonstration proposes to provide pre-release services to certain individuals residing in community based correctional facilities. The federal public comment period will be open from October 14, 2026 through November 13, 2026.
