The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released a toolkit to assist Medicaid agencies as they implement the Medicaid Advisory Committee (MAC) and Beneficiary Advisory Council (BAC) provisions of the Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services (CMS-2442-F) Final Rule. The toolkit includes examples of strategies and considerations that can be helpful to states as they identify ways to meet the new MAC and BAC requirements.
