On September 27, 2023, Arizona requested to amend its AHCCCS demonstration to allow parents of minor children eligible for the Arizona Long Term Care Services (ALTCS) program to receive payment for personal care and habilitation services. Arizona currently has this authority through temporary COVID-19 authorities. The federal public comment period will be open from October 12, 2023 through November 11, 2023.
