On March 30, 2023, the US Virgin Islands (USVI) submitted a request for a new five-year Medicaid section 1115(a) demonstration. This demonstration aims to allow the USVI to maintain their current Medicaid drug program and to not participate in the Medicaid Drug Rebate program. The federal comment period will be open from April 16, 2023 through May 16, 2023.
