Today, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released a CMCS Informational Bulletin (CIB) to remind states of existing federal guidance related to reimbursement of Ground Emergency Medical Transportation services in Medicaid. The CIB is intended to assist states in developing State plan amendments (SPAs) and proposals that are consistent with federal requirements.
