Today the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released an informational bulletin to provide states an overview of current regulations to ensure timely determination of eligibility and coordination across insurance affordability programs. We also highlight a simplified approach to assessing potential eligibility for enrollment in coverage through the Marketplace. This approach is designed to minimize administrative burden on states.
